six New England lotteries issue this Request for Information (“RFI”) to help
them prepare for the possible design, implementation and operation of a new
lottery game for their joint administration. All questions must be directed only to the Lead Director (as identified
on p. 4 of the RFI) no later than 5:30 p.m. ET, April 8, 2013. All submissions
must be delivered only to the Lead
Director by 5:30 p.m. ET, May 22, 2013.Please do not contact the Connecticut Lottery Corporation or its

Request for Proposal #CLC 201301
The Connecticut Lottery is accepting Proposals from qualified advertising and marketing services providers for the following five categories:
- Creative Development and Production
- Media Planning and Placement
- Public Relations
- Multicultural Marketing
- Social Media Marketing
Proposers may submit a Proposal for only one category of services or for any combination of the five categories of services listed above. We will consider Proposals from:
- Full-service advertising/marketing firms
- Partnerships between multiple providers for required services
- "A la carte" marketing services by non-partnered Proposers.
Questions are due by 2:00 p.m. EST on February 13, 2013; Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. EST on March 15, 2013.
