CT Lottery $1,000,000 Super Draw 2 Game Creates Fireworks throughout the State
July 04, 2011 -- Amidst the backyard barbecues and firework displays, CT Lottery’s “$1,000,000 Super Draw 2” game, had its own celebration by creating a new millionaire and ten $20,000 prizes to winners throughout Connecticut.

One of those lucky ten was Allen Browning III from Canterbury, a retired veteran.  Full of excitement once he realized he was a $20,000 winner, Browning was unable to sleep last night. He found himself tinkering around the house – working on a broken sink – until his wife woke up at 6 a.m.  The win comes at a perfect time for the family, who will put it towards an expensive veterinary bill and for an already-planned vacation later this month. Browning purchased his ticket at Cumberland Farms in Canterbury.

Frederick Dobosz of Meriden was also a lucky $20,000 prize winner.  He purchased his winning ticket at Hina’s Getty Mart on East Main Street in Meriden. Dobosz plans to share his $20,000 prize with his family, in particular his sister-in-law and niece.

Frank Iudiciniani of Middletown also cashed in on a $20,000 prize, having purchased his ticket at On the Go in Portland.  After seeing the drawing results on the news, he checked the ctlottery.org website and immediately realized he was a winner.  He plans on finishing several home remodeling projects and investing the rest for his family.

$1,000,000 Super Draw 2 tickets went on sale April 5, 2011, and the winning numbers were selected on July 4, 2011. The top prize winning ticket, which was purchased in Fairfield County, has yet to be claimed, and the CT Lottery is encouraging its players to check their tickets.

A complete list of all 1,311 winning ticket numbers is available on the Super Draw 2 game page.  Super Draw 2 tickets can also be scanned in a lottery Ticket Checker at any lottery retailer location.

Super Draw 2 tickets expire 180 days from their draw date, so players have until December 31, 2011 to claim prizes.
