Jeffrey Watson Wins $20,000 Playing 20X The Cash 4th Edition—Again!
Big Win is "Twice as Nice" for Colchester Resident
March 17, 2011 -- He may not be Irish, but anyone would certainly agree that Jeffrey Watson of Colchester sure is lucky.  Today, St. Patrick’s Day, marked the second time that Watson won one of the $20,000 top prizes in the game “20X The Cash 4th Edition.”  “The first time I won with three stars; this time it was 3 diamonds,” Watson told Lottery officials with a laugh.

Yesterday Watson, a self-employed East Haddam home builder, stopped at the International Package Store, located on Lebanon Avenue in Colchester, and purchased a 20X The Cash 4th Edition instant ticket.  Watson knew immediately after revealing the three matching symbols that his ticket was a $20,000 winner.  “I’ve had very good luck with 20X The Cash in the past.  It’s the second time I’ve won $20,000,” said Watson of his August 9, 2010 top prize win.

In the middle of a painting job, Parker took time off from work to drive to CT Lottery headquarters in Rocky Hill today to claim his check for $13,706 (the prize value after taxes).  When asked what he would do with the prize money this time around, Watson easily responded, “Pay my bills!”

For selling Watson his top prize winning ticket, International Package Store will receive a $200 bonus from the CT Lottery.
